Online training pricing

The online 1-1 training plan includes a custom built program based off your needs. With the online training you gain access to a free Trainerize app. It will display all your sessions alongside videos breaking down each exercise. 

After you sign up you, will receive a free 1-1 zoom call to discuss in-depth what you want to get out of your training plan so that I can design a plan that works around your goals, equipment and schedule.

What does online training include?

The online 1-1 training plan includes a custom built program based upon what your goals are outlined from the initial meeting with monthly progress check ins and unlimited email support.

How will progress be monitored?

Progress will be monitored through the app with reps and set's recorded. I can see this data and can give feedback and monitor progress. 

How much does it cost?
The pricing is based on how many months you pay for upfront or there is an option to do a monthly subscription that is £100 a month.
What is the cancellation policy?
The monthly subscription can be cancelled any time after the first month. Once cancelled, you can continue to the end of the current payment period. 
Do I need to join a gym?
No you don't, the plan works around what equipment you have access to. It would be recommended in some cases to either join a gym or buy basic equipment if your goal is muscle hypertrophy. 
How many times should I train?
No, I'll design a plan that fits around your lifestyle. Most of my clients train on average 3-4 times a week, with some doing 1 and some doing 6. I'll base this off what is realistic and enduring.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes, when I create your plan I keep in mind your level of experience and goals. I work with beginners all the way up to advanced lifters. 
How will I know if I'm doing exercises correct?
Each exercise is accompanied by a video and coaching points. If you are still unsure I am on hand to give advice and can watch a recording of you performing the exercise to give pointers. 
When will I get my plan?
After we have had our initial conversation I will get to work on the plan and have it done within four days. If there are any extra delays you will be notified.
